For optimal health on your menu, 70-80 percent of alkaline foods should be found, and only 20-30 percent of acidic
Today’s diet includes an abundance of processed food, meat, dairy products, eggs, white flour, sugar and soda juice. It’s no wonder that most people have a mild or very acidic state of the body.
Let the term “sour” not deceive you.
Having a sour taste does not mean that it contributes to the acidity of an organism – it is often the opposite. For example, the lemon is very acidic, but it’s consuming in digestion creates the basal state. On the other hand, sweets and flesh, which are not acidic flavors, are contributed by acidists because their digestion in the blood releases ingredients or substances that acidify the organism. Since the acidic state of the organism is a safe path to many diseases, as soon as you introduce changes to your menu!
Alkalinity of an organism is a prerequisite for good health
In order for your body to perform all physical functions well, the pH value of body fluids must be slightly base. If the pH of your blood is about 7.3 you are a healthy person, and if these values fall below 7.0 you have an acidic state of the body. The pH value affects not only food, but also various processes that take place in the body – digestion, breathing, excretion of body fluids and other metabolic processes.
For example, during digestion, the stomach illuminates chloric acid, and pancreas – base bicarbonate. If you get disturbed by these digestive juices, the pH balance in your body is disturbed. This can result in acidosis – acid state, or alkalosis – the baseline state of the organism, which is much more rare.
Acidity of the organism leads to a decline in immunity, inflammatory conditions and numerous diseases. It can cause obesity and diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic fatigue, osteoporosis, arthritis, bladder and kidney problems.
Acidity of the organism also contributes to smoking, and taking pharmaceutical medicines, artificial sweeteners and preservatives. With acidic conditions, the organism from the bones and vital organs takes important minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium to neutralize and excrete acid. And that dangerously endangers your overall health.
Symptoms of the “acid” organism:
You will notice increased acidity of the organism by changes in the lips and in the oral cavity. Symptoms are the acidity of saliva, ulcers, frequent throat inflammation, tooth sensitivity to warm and cold. The changes are visible also from the outside – dry and lifeless hair, thin and brittle nails, skin irritations.
Among the common symptoms are various irritations of the eye, inflammation of the eyelids, conjunctivitis.
In digestive organs, acidity can manifest itself as an ulcer, gastritis, bloating, increased gastric acid.
Mental and emotional changes include loss of interest and motivation, nervousness, distress, hypersensitivity to sounds, depression.
Symptoms indicating the acidity of the organism:
Fatigue and low level of energy, impaired immunity, sensitive gums and teeth, shortness of breath and cough. Sciatica and stiff neck, headache and drowsiness, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, inflammatory bladder, and kidney inflammation. Joints, heart palpitations, accelerated aging, obesity, and diabetes. Lactic acid accumulation in muscles, allergies, and acne, fungal growth in the body (such as Candida).
If you’ve recognized yourself in these symptoms, it’s probably your body’s sores. But, to make sure of this, you can do a pH analysis of blood and urine.
