Make Homemade Soup Cubes That Are Healthier And Tastier

Soup cubes are one of the main ingredients of many dishes. So it’s worth taking some time and making homemade soup cubes. We are sure that they will be a healthier variant and will be full of flavor and aroma.

How to make homemade soup cubes?

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 dried mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • ¼ bulb celery
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tbsp mild Red Dried Pepper Ground Chilli
  • ½ tablespoons of hot pepper
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 50 g dry yeast

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oil in a pan. Finely chop the onion cubes and fry.
  2. Add pepper, lion leaf, garlic, and chopped mushrooms.
  3. After a while, add the chopped celery stalks and mix well.
  4. Chop the celery root, carrot, and parsley into small pieces and add to the pan. Fry for about 10 minutes with stirring.
  5. Add all other spices, stir and add two cups of water. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the tomato puree, soy sauce, parsley, and dried yeast. Remove the lava leaf from the pan. Pour the mixture into ice molds and store in a freezer.
