List of 12 Fruits and Vegetables That Have the Most Pesticides

Each year, the World Health Organization publishes a list of the 12 most toxic products found on store shelves. For years the first place holds the strawberry convincingly, but spinach follows it. A total of 230 different pesticides and their products were found in more than 38,800 inorganic samples.

Adverse health effects can only occur in children if they are exposed to these types of pesticide-

Baking sora removes them from fruits and vegetables. Read more here.

The problem is that pesticide damage is treated to animals and only one pesticide exposure, while in practice we are exposed to the mercy of several types of pesticides.

Here is a list of the 12 most toxic products on the market:

  • Strawberries
  • Spinach
  • Nectarine
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Peaches
  • Cherries
  • Pears
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Potatoes
  • Mild pepper

And this year the pepper was added to the 13th place.

Many of these products contain several types of pesticides, especially spinach. The combination of these toxins with human health is destructive: cancer, attention deficit, hyperactivity, poisoning, etc., are just some of the diseases that such products cause in humans.
