Delicious, and full of health!
- 2 bananas
- 100 grams of oat flakes
- 150 milliliters of milk (cow, oat, almond…)
- Frozen cinnamon
- Nuts (almonds, nuts, hazelnuts…)
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Press the banana with a fork, then add the oat flakes, cinnamon, and milk. Add a glass of water together with salt. On top, spread the other banana, chopped in circles, and sprinkle the nuts. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the oat flakes absorb all the liquid.
