Foot detox baths apart from relaxing, if applied regularly, they improve the disposal of harmful substances from the body and accelerate the treatment of various health disorders
Before the bath, rub the feet with a heel stone to remove the dead skin layers and make the detox bath more efficient.
Put in a bowl 5 liters hot water, five tablespoons of sea salt, five tablespoons baking soda, a tablespoon of ginger powder and a spoonful of hot pepper. Soak your feet and leave them for at least half an hour. Then wash them with warm water. Apply the foot baths every day or when you have the opportunity to do it, and preferably at night before bedtime.
