A creamy and healthy coconut ice cream for real summer enjoyment!

Coconut Ice Cream
- 1 can of coconut milk (leave milk in the fridge overnight)
- 25 ml of coconut water
- 4 tablespoons of coconut
- 4 tablespoons of sweetener (honey, maple syrup)
- pinch of salt
- a few drops of extract of vanilla
Pour cold coconut milk into the blender, add coconut, sweetener, salt, and vanilla. Mix all the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add a little coconut water and resume the mixing of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a plastic bowl and wrap it with a foil.
Place in the freezer and mix for every hour until the ice cream is frozen. Before serving, switch ice cream in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy a refreshing dessert.
