Cilantro is the best heavy metal detoxifier

In the first place, there is cilantro. Dr. Yoshiaki Omura is the most deserving one for bringing his beneficial effects to light. He treated, on one occasion, several patients suffering from trachoma (an infection of the eye). The cause of which is Chlamydia trachomatis.

He realized that these organisms are hiding in parts of the body where there is a higher concentration of heavy metals and they, in some way, use heavy metals to protect themselves from drugs, i.e. standard therapies.

Omura has found that cilantro leaves accelerate the removal of mercury, lead, and aluminum from the body. Patients took it in the form of soup. When the cilantro is combined with natural antiviral and antibacterial foods and omega 3 fatty acids. And regular consumption, the infection can be overcome.

To cleanse the body with proper nutrition, detox recipes use the cilantro two or three weeks intensively. Add a handful of fresh cilantro in a salad. Mix a few spoonfuls of cilantro with pasta, chew it with a toast or eat it with fish.

With these recipes we bring you, not only will you cleanse the body, but you will also satisfy the sense of taste.
