1 – 2 garlic cloves, a few sunflower seeds, 1 cup of cilantro leaves, fresh (may and a little fresh parsley). A little powder of chili peppers, 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon or lime juice, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon, a little salt, and pepper.

Preparation:

Mix olive oil and cilantro in the blender until the cilantro is rubbed. Add other ingredients and mix well (if necessary, add some water). You can freeze this mixture in ice trays. Eat two spoons a day, at least two weeks.
