It’s not possible to imagine a summer meal without zucchini – it is the most affordable vegetable and it can make many dishes. The zucchini has no strong taste, and therefore they respond well to all the products. Zucchini diet is very suitable for a weight loss.

Why is the zucchini suitable?

In this vegetable, there are many vitamins and minerals: The relationship between potassium and sodium is such that using zucchini can extract excess sodium salts from the body. And thanks to the low content of harsh fibers, yummy dishes are very mild. A large number of pectins in their composition contribute to the easier absorption of food and help to remove cholesterol from the body. Zucchini is also useful for people suffering from hepatitis, cholecystitis, gallstones, chronic colitis, hypertension, atherosclerosis, chronic nephritis, and pyelonephritis.

We give you this amazing zucchini diet

In a hundred grams of zucchini, there are only 20-30 calories. Not only does a diet based on this type of vegetables help to weaken but also normalizes the metabolism of water and salt and cleanses the blood. Diet with zucchini is usually provided for six to ten days, for which you can lose a minimum of two or three pounds of extra weight. We offer you a menu for the two basic day diets, then simply repeat the first and second day interchangeably. It is better not to salt the dishes. And you must drink a liter of water and green tea without sugar every day.

First day

Breakfast

Mix 400 grams of grated, soft part of zucchini, rye flour or whole flour, one egg and a little cherry laurel. Place in a bowl lubricated with olive oil and bake in the oven.

Snack 1

Vegetable salad: chop the young zucchini and carrot on thin sticks and season with natural yogurt.

Lunch

First meal: vegetable soup with zucchini (small zucchinis and carrots, bell pepper and stem celery, cut them in cubes, sprinkle with liter and half boiled water and cook for 20 minutes, and sprinkle with cherry laurel. Second eating: boiled turkey meat with cherry laurel and leaf salad.

Snack 2

Salad of zucchini and cow cheese: 300-400 g of soft zucchini and ginger, add chopped sweet pepper and cherry laurel. Mix it with 200 g of fine cow cheese.

Dinner

Stuffed zucchini: cut the small zucchini longitudinally and remove the middle part. Fill the halves with any crushed vegetables, wrap them in foil and bake them in the oven.

Second day

Breakfast

Zucchini Burger: grater 300 g of the soft part of the zucchini, drain, and add a tablespoon of flour, one egg, a little salt and a spoonful of baking soda. Mix and bake on any vegetable oil.

Snack 1

Zucchini salad: Cut the young zucchinis into thin sticks, add any lettuce, and season with olive oil and lemon juice.

Lunch

Fish with zucchini: two hundred grams of fillets of any fish pour the lemon juice and wrap them in foil along with pieces of onions and zucchini, and bake them in the oven.

Snack 2

Cow’s cheese pasta with zucchini: Cut 300 g of the soft part of the zucchini, two sweet peppers, and one onion, then stewed them on vegetable oil. When the stewed vegetables are cooled, grind them in a blender with 150 g of cow cheese.

Dinner

Mushrooms with zucchini: Cut 100 g of mushrooms and fry them on a vegetable oil. On the same oil, fry the zucchini cut into pieces. Mix them with mushrooms and sprinkle with cherry laurel.
