Raw and fresh spinach juice is one of the most nutritious foods and is especially useful for the organs of excretion. Spinach contains oxalic acid.

When spinach is raw, then oxalic acid is organic, it is in its natural state and stimulates, in cooperation with other natural elements found in spinach, peristalsis of the intestines.
