We present you the juice that burns abdominal fat:

7 days – 7 glasses, always make it fresh, do not store it.

Ingredients:

Makes about 450 ml (3/4 pint)

  • 1 apple, about 125 g (4 oz)
  • 1/3 cucumber, about 100 g (3 1/2 02)
  • 2 сеlегу sticks, plus extra to decorate
  • 30 g (1 1/4 oz) kale
  • 1 lemon
  • 15 g (1/2 oz) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

Juice the apple with the cucumber, celery, kale, lemon, and parsley. Whisk in the wheatgrass powder.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, add a trimmed celery stick and serve immediately.

For sweet mean green juice, replace the kale with an extra apple about 125 g (4 oz) and 1 orange

about 160 g (5 1/2 oz) and juice as above.
